BEFORE SIGNING UP BELOW PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

• YOU MUST BE AGE 8 AND ABOVE TO PARTICIPATE (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• TO GIVE OPPORTUNITY FOR EVERYONE PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TWO CLASSES IN A ROW. YOU MUST SKIP A CLASS.
• ONLY WRITE ONE CHILD’S NAME PER SLOT.
• PLEASE WRITE CHILD’S NAME, (NOT YOURS)

SU HIJO DEBE TENER 8 AÑOS EN ADELANTE (SIN EXCEPCIONES). Para darle a cada niño una oportunidad, por favor no se inscriba en clases consecutivas. un niño por espacio, escriba el nombre del niño, no el suyo.
