All programs are FREE.
Classes marked with ** have very limited space and require sign-up in advance and commitment to regular attendance.
See minimum age requirements at the bottom of the schedule below, as well as special program notes.
Special Notes for Classes with Limited Capacity
We request that you notify Judy in advance if you will be absent for any of the classes below.
Cooking Class
- Ages 8+
- 8 kids max per class
- Must be signed up with Judy – jpenland@manchesterpoliceathleticleague.org
- We will post a notification about signing up 2 weeks prior to each class, each month. We will let you know when class is full. You cannot sign up for back to back classes. There are only 8 spots per class, once a month and we want everyone to be able to attend at least once.
Power & Speed Program
- Ages 10+
- This is a strength and conditioning program designed to improve overall fitness
- Must be signed up with Judy – jpenland@manchesterpoliceathleticleague.org
- Classes Held Downstairs in Boxing gym
- All forms including health questionnaire must be filled out prior to attending
Skateboarding (MPAL) Program
- Age 10+
Ambassadors Program
- Age 14+
- Dinner included with each class
- Classes are once a month on Mondays
- Must be signed up and committed to the 9 month program
