- TO GIVE OPPORTUNITY FOR EVERYONE PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TWO CLASSES IN A ROW. YOU MUST SKIP A CLASS.
- ONLY WRITE ONE CHILD’S NAME PER SLOT.
- PLEASE WRITE CHILD’S NAME, (NOT YOURS)
