The requirements for joining MPAL are listed below. If you meet these requirements we would love to have you join us!
- Age 5 -18
- Attending school
- Willing to try new things
- Desire to succeed
All participants are required to have an MPAL waiver signed by their parent/guardian prior to participating. No one will be allowed to participate until the waiver is turned in. A photo will be taken to generate an identification card which needs to be scanned every time a participant attends a program.
