Fitness Week Program (Ages 5-13): Walking fitness with a surprise

Walking fitness with a surprise ***Begins at 11:15 am: Walking is a great fitness activity. You can walk fast or slow, move your body in different ways to work more muscles, or just enjoy the sites, sounds, and smells along the way. We will take a group walk which will include a surprise. Since we will be outdoors, be prepared for whatever weather might come with sunscreen, a lightweight jacket (or raincoat), hat/visor, sunglasses, change of socks, etc. (bring it all in a small bag that you can carry with you).
Ages 5-13. Lunch will be provided.
