MPAL is dedicated to connecting police officers with community youth to foster positive relationships and community contectedness.
MPAL strives to provide positive roll models, expert coaching and a safe environment to build champions "in and out of the gym."
The Michael Briggs Community Center is the center city home of MPAL and serves the community by hosting many events.
Along with athletic opportunities, MPAL helps to develop participants to become contributing members of the community.

The home of MPAL is the Michael Briggs Community Center located at 409 Beech St, Manchester, New Hampshire. The Michael Briggs Community Center was chosen as the 2016 site for Building on Hope, the community organization that collaborates with builders, architects, and designers to provide improvements to the facilities of non-profits.
