The Manchester Police Athletic League (MPAL) is a center city organization that brings cops and kids together through athletic, academic, and recreational opportunities to build champions in and out of the gym.  MPAL is supported by the Manchester Police Department and all programs are 100% free.

Bringing Cops & Kids Together

MPAL is dedicated to connecting police officers with community youth to foster positive relationships and community contectedness.

Building Champions 

MPAL strives to provide positive roll models, expert coaching and a safe environment to build champions "in and out of the gym."

Supporting the Community

The Michael Briggs Community Center is the center city home of MPAL and serves the community by hosting many events.

Developing Youth

Along with athletic opportunities, MPAL helps to develop participants to become contributing members of the community.

Building on Hope, the community organization that collaborates with builders, architects and designers to provide improvements to the facilities of non-profits, has chosen the Michael Briggs Community Center, the home of MPAL, as its 2016 site!!!!
