MPAL is excited to have two new interns!
“Hi, I’m Samantha but most people call me Sam. I’m originally from Rhode Island but I’m currently a senior at SNHU majoring in Sociology and will be working with MPAL this semester! I am excited to make positive and impactful changes to the organization to keep it amazing for the Manchester community.”
“Hello, my name is Jada Tessier. I am a student at UNH working towards my Master’s in Social Worker. I proudly join you here at MPAL as an intern until Sept 2020. I come with deep hopes that I can support, grow, and impact this amazing community. I have years of experience both working and as a volunteer building and supporting the lives of many families and youth throughout Manchester and the surrounding communities.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher and Integrative Nutrition Coach, I also bring my deep passion for the health and wellness of each person. My intention with my Master’s degree is to learn all I can about the community, families, and how to create connection. With this knowledge, I hope to spend a little time as a school social worker, perhaps some time in advocacy, and then my long term dream is to one day own and operate a community center just like MPAL. I look forward to experiencing the impact we will create for each other. “
